Practicing Correct Vision Habits 'Shifting, Central-Fixation'... is the act of imitating normal eye, brain (visual System) function that occurs when eyesight is clear. This 'practice' will gently coax the eyes, brain back to correct, normal function. After practice of Correct Vision Habits, the eyes, brain, eye muscles, entire visual system will activate correct vision habits, automatically, subconsciously (without the person thinking about it, without practicing) resulting in clear vision.
